Birthday Month Challenge

I turn a big 43 on Dec 1st and am giving myself the gift of a b-day month challenge in 2 parts.
Part 1: Workout every day-no excuses even if that means running at 10 pm.
Part 2: No alcohol, my friends and family (and myself) enjoy our cocktail hour but im pretty sure its the one thing that keeps from reachin my fitness goals.

5 days so far and I feel awesome.
